Q. When is the event?

A. The event is from Dec 26 to Dec 28 2025 at the IITB campus

Q. Do I have to RSVP anywhere?

A. If you haven't RSVP'ed for the reunion yet, do it now here. Accommodations will be finalized starting November 15th

Q. When do people usually arrive for the event?

A. Some folks usually start arriving on the 25th as they tend to have hostel and/or batch specific gatherings that evening (not part of the actual reunion). The actual reunion starts on 26th in the afternoon with registration.

Q. When do people usually leave?

A. Folks usually plan to leave the evening of the 28th after the official IIT alumni day events are completed.

Q. Where can I see information about the accommodation? Who takes care of the accommodation?

Q. Will there be sufficient accommodation in the guest house?

A. We are closely tracking responses, RSVPs and attendance confirmation. Most alumni will be accommodated in one of the three guest houses on campus. Given the large number of alumni expected to attend our reunion, we are also looking at securing additional locations on and just outside the campus.

Q. What if we decide to bring our family as well?

A. Are they going to need accommodation? Fill out the RSVP form, if they need accommodation.

Q. Are there any recommended hotels that we can stay in if we wish to stay outside the campus?

A. There are some hotels listed on the guest house website.
